Lunch:  Chicken Stir Fry, Brown Rice, Sprite Zero (Can). Dinner:  Mustard, Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast, Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, Baked Cheetos Crunchy Cheese Flavored Snacks, Pickled Okra, Pickled Okra. Snacks/Other:  Clementines , Bananas, AdvantEDGE Carb Control Shake - Rich Dark Chocolate, Dark Chocolate Miniatures, Bananas , Crunchy Peanut Butter, Saltine Crackers, Saltine Crackers.
