Lunch:  Brown Rice, Chicken Stir Fry, Sprite Zero (Can). Dinner:  Baked Cheetos Crunchy Cheese Flavored Snacks, Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread, Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast, Mustard, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, Pickled Okra, Pickled Okra. Snacks/Other:  AdvantEDGE Carb Control Shake - Rich Dark Chocolate, Bananas, Bananas , Clementines , Crunchy Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate Miniatures, Saltine Crackers, Saltine Crackers.
