Fat: 76.73g | Prot: 60.88g | Carb: 273.98g.   Breakfast:  Banane, Yogurt al Naturale, Burro (Salato), Roggenkraft. Lunch:  Patate (Polpa, Salate, Bollite), Latte Intero, Burro (Salato), Uovo. Dinner:  Rahmspinat, Uovo, Formaggio Feta, Roggenkraft. Snacks/Other:  Mais Chips, Succo di Mirtilli Rossi (senza Zuccheri Aggiunti), Spremuta d'arancia.
