Fat: 21.22g | Prot: 160.26g | Carb: 98.87g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Egg White, Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion - Peanut Butter Cookie Dough, Open Nature Double Fiber Bread, Optimum Nutrition Performance Whey Isolate Vanilla Shake. Lunch:  Albertsons Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Blackberries, Chick-fil-A Yogurt Parfait with Granola, Strawberries, Watermelon. Dinner:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , Honey Almond Flax Protein & Fiber Crunch, Honey Graham Oh!s Cereal, Kirkland Boneless chicken breast, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar.
