Fat: 21.22g | Prot: 160.26g | Carb: 98.87g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Egg White, Open Nature Double Fiber Bread, Optimum Nutrition Performance Whey Isolate Vanilla Shake, Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion - Peanut Butter Cookie Dough. Lunch:  Chick-fil-A Yogurt Parfait with Granola, Albertsons Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Watermelon, Strawberries, Blackberries. Dinner:  Kirkland Boneless chicken breast, Tomatoes, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , Honey Graham Oh!s Cereal, Honey Almond Flax Protein & Fiber Crunch. Snacks/Other:  Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar.
