Lunch:  Boneless chicken breast, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , Cucumber (with Peel) . Dinner:  Fat Free Cottage Cheese, graham crackerz, Honey Almond Flax Protein & Fiber Crunch, Natural Choice Oven Roasted Deli Turkey. Snacks/Other:  Mixed Berry Bliss, Promax Ls.
