Fat: 21.13g | Prot: 112.36g | Carb: 137.94g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Egg White, Double Fiber Bread. Lunch:  Boneless chicken breast, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , Cucumber (with Peel) , Green Leaf Lettuce , Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce. Dinner:  graham crackerz, Honey Almond Flax Protein & Fiber Crunch, Piccolini Mini Penne Pasta. Snacks/Other:  Apple Pie, promax peanut butter cookie dough.
