Fat: 38.52g | Prot: 177.41g | Carb: 110.17g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Egg White, Double Fiber Bread, Met-Rx protein plus vanilla, Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Nonfat Black Cherry Greek Yogurt, V-Fusion Light Strawberry Banana. Lunch:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Breakfast Potatoes, Egg White. Dinner:  Buttery Homestyle Flavored Mashed Potatoes, Seasoned Stuffing Mix, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted). Snacks/Other:  Fontina Cheese.
