Fat: 46.40g | Prot: 63.89g | Carb: 213.35g.   Breakfast:  chia seed, Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Meal Bar. Lunch:  greek yogurt pineapple, instant oatmeal apple, tomato, zucchini bread. Dinner:  dried parmesan, Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey, mushrooms, onion, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, tomato, turkey meatball, zucchini fresh. Snacks/Other:  almonds, MdDonald's S'mores Pie.
