Lunch: chi chi's salsa, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), hot pepper cheese, kroger shredded cheddar cheese, Lightly Salted Almonds, romaine lettuce, sugar free jello. Dinner: Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cabbage, Olive Oil, Small Curd Cottage Cheese 4% Milkfat, Southwest Spicy Mustard. Snacks/Other: Carb Smart Ice Cream.
