Fat: 99.04g | Prot: 95.82g | Carb: 30.71g.   Breakfast:  Dr. Pepper Diet Dr. Pepper (20 oz), Heinz One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, Cheddar Cheese, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Kirkland Signature Fully Cooked Bacon. Lunch:  Atkins Beef Merlot. Dinner:  Sargento Natural Provolone Cheese, Costco Angus Beef Patties, Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup, Bybee Foods Organic Petite Whole Green Beans, Kirkland Signature Fully Cooked Bacon. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar.
