Fat: 70.14g | Prot: 103.59g | Carb: 142.57g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Boiled Egg, Coffee, Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, No Calorie Sweetener, Original Fat Free Powder Coffee Creamer, Water (Bottled). Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Chicken Patties with spinach aged white Cheddar (Costco. Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Hard Bolied Eggs, Spinach with Aged White Cheddar Chicken Patties. Snacks/Other:  Hard Bolied Eggs, Light Microwave Popcorn, Propel Zero - Berry, Turtles.
