Lunch:  Asparagus, Barley, Dried Apricot, Dried Cranberries, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Hummus, Lundberg Family Farms Long Grain Brown rice, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pecan Nuts, Pita Bread, Quinoa, Red Table Wine, Red Tomatoes, Wild Rice. Dinner:  Asparagus, Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Spaghetti, Vodka.
