Fat: 13.81g | Prot: 28.03g | Carb: 132.84g.   Breakfast:  Strawberries, Coffee, Sugar, Cream (Half & Half), Blueberries, Vegan Buttery Sticks, Oat Bran Hot Cereal. Lunch:  Red Table Wine, Hummus, Pita Bread, Dried Apricot, Dried Cranberries, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Asparagus, Red Tomatoes, Pecan Nuts, Barley, Quinoa, Wild Rice, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lundberg Family Farms Long Grain Brown rice. Dinner:  Spaghetti, Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Vodka, Asparagus.
