Lunch:  365 Organic Garbanzo Beans, WestSoy Seitan, Extra Firm Silken Tofu, Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Hummus, Roma Tomatoes, Vinaigrette Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Organic Basmati Rice, White Sauce, Spinach, Vodka.
