Lunch:  Italian Flatbread Focaccia, Lemon Garlic Dressing, Mache Rosettes, Mixed Salad Greens, Tomatoes, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Rice Sides - Yellow Rice. Snacks/Other:  popcorn.
