Fat: 20.55g | Prot: 81.64g | Carb: 115.51g.   Breakfast:  apple, coffee, coffeemate creamer, egg whites, equal, omega 3 eggs. Lunch:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Filet, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, green giant broccoli and cheese. Snacks/Other:  pepperidge farm double fiber 100 whole wheat, publix oven roasted turkey.
