Fat: 43.58g | Prot: 92.12g | Carb: 129.24g.   Breakfast:  Bee Pollen, Flax Seed Meal, Pure Green Protein-Vanilla. Lunch:  Greek Salad, Pomegranate, Red Lentil Dahl Soup. Dinner:  Canned Lobster, Coleslaw, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Oyster Crackers, Pickles, Potato French Fries, Steamer Clams in Garlic Butter Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Gingerberry Kombucha.
