Fat: 45.80g | Prot: 93.19g | Carb: 200.88g.   Breakfast:  musselman's apple sauce, Quaker Natural, silk soymilk. Lunch:  barbeque sauce, broccoli, chicken thigh. Dinner:  Egg whites, Herdez salsa, la favorita chips, on the border salsa. Snacks/Other:  dole wildly nutritious, jack links beef jerky, Omega Trek Mix, Silk soymilk.
