Fat: 45.80g | Prot: 93.19g | Carb: 200.88g.   Breakfast:  silk soymilk, Quaker Natural, musselman's apple sauce. Lunch:  chicken thigh, broccoli, barbeque sauce. Dinner:  Egg whites, la favorita chips, on the border salsa, Herdez salsa. Snacks/Other:  jack links beef jerky, dole wildly nutritious, Omega Trek Mix, Silk soymilk.
