Lunch:  Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli. Dinner:  Green Beans, Shadybrook Farms Extra Lean Ground Turkey, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  Life Choice High Protein Bar - Double Chocolate 1.76oz, Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry.
