Fat: 66.19g | Prot: 73.16g | Carb: 191.29g.   Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Reduced Fat Banana Bread. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Green Peas, Red Tomatoes (Canned), Whole Wheat Noodles, Zucchini Bread. Dinner:  Bratwurst, Mashed Potato. Snacks/Other:  Blended Strawberry Vanilla Yogurt, Buttery Flavour Popcorn.
