Fat: 80.59g | Prot: 84.87g | Carb: 503.49g.   Breakfast:  Almondmilk (Vanilla Unsweetened), NATURE BLESS CHRY CONC, Perfect Protein, red raspberries, Strawberries, Super Green Drink. Lunch:  Chicken Burrito Bol (Chicken, Black Beans, Fajita Vegetables, Tomato Salsa, Red Hot Salsa, Cheese and Lettuce), Granny Smith Apples. Dinner:  Arnold Palmer Zero Half & Half Iced Tea, Au Gratin Cheesy Potatoes, Brisk Lemon Iced Tea, cupcake, fudge, Gingerbread Men Cookies, green olives, ripe olives, Smoked Honey Ham. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Chip Morsels, Lifewater Yumberry Pomegranate, Tortilla Corn Chips, Water.
