Fat: 48.07g | Prot: 89.45g | Carb: 296.14g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, NATURE BLESS CHRY CONC, Pure Almond Milk - Original, Super Green Drink, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Vanilla Flavored Whey Protein Powder. Lunch:  bell peppers, Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked). Dinner:  Chicken Gyro Sandwich, Chicken Sandwich, Fried Battered Cod, Made From Powdered Mix Noncarbonated Root Beer (with Sugar), Multigrain Pita Chips, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie, Potato French Fries. Snacks/Other:  Lifewater Black and Blue Berry, Water.
