Fat: 69.93g | Prot: 85.96g | Carb: 315.46g.   Breakfast:  Breakfast Syrup, Fried Egg, Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links, Grapefruit Juice, Plain Pancakes, Rye Bread, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, Turkey Bacon. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Bonefish Grill Bread, Brownie, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Garbanzo Beans, New Belgium Brewing Fat Tire Amber Ale, Red Lobster Single Malt Scotches, Rich Vanilla Ice Creams, Shock Top Beer, Whipped Cream (Pressurized). Snacks/Other:  Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey, Weight Watchers Ice Cream Bars - Giant Chocolate Fudge.
