Fat: 69.93g | Prot: 85.96g | Carb: 315.46g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg, Rye Bread, Turkey Bacon, Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links, Plain Pancakes, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, Grapefruit Juice, Breakfast Syrup. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Garbanzo Beans, Bonefish Grill Bread, New Belgium Brewing Fat Tire Amber Ale, Red Lobster Single Malt Scotches, Brownie, Rich Vanilla Ice Creams, Whipped Cream (Pressurized), Shock Top Beer. Snacks/Other:  Weight Watchers Ice Cream Bars - Giant Chocolate Fudge, Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey.
