Fat: 42.87g | Prot: 114.15g | Carb: 146.39g.   Breakfast:  Jimmy Dean Jimmy D's French Toast Griddlers, Starbucks Caffe Americano (Venti). Lunch:  Safeway Cafe Bowl Cranberry Walnut Salad. Dinner:  Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal, Apples, Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Chicken Breast, Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Hoegaarden Belgian White Beer, Jack Daniel's Whiskey.
