Fat: 89.92g | Prot: 94.30g | Carb: 270.56g.   Breakfast:  Jimmy Dean D-Lights Canadian Bacon Honey Wheat Muffin. Lunch:  6" Tuna. Dinner:  Green String Beans, Baked or Broiled Salmon, Mashed Potato, Single Malt Scotches, Hazelnut Liqueur, Merlot, Peanut Butter Cake with Icing, Simply Bruschetta Pita Chips, Greek Olives, Hummus, Tabbouleh (Bulgar with Tomatoes and Parsley), Tzatziki. Snacks/Other:  Broccoli, Carrots, Celery, Sugar Snap Peas, Cherry Tomatoes, Dortmunder Gold, Blue Moon, Oranges, Almonds.
