Fat: 89.92g | Prot: 94.30g | Carb: 270.56g.   Breakfast:  Jimmy Dean D-Lights Canadian Bacon Honey Wheat Muffin. Lunch:  6" Tuna. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Greek Olives, Green String Beans, Hazelnut Liqueur, Hummus, Mashed Potato, Merlot, Peanut Butter Cake with Icing, Simply Bruschetta Pita Chips, Single Malt Scotches, Tabbouleh (Bulgar with Tomatoes and Parsley), Tzatziki. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Blue Moon, Broccoli, Carrots, Celery, Cherry Tomatoes, Dortmunder Gold, Oranges, Sugar Snap Peas.
