Fat: 31.31g | Prot: 74.47g | Carb: 120.40g.   Breakfast:  Starbucks Caffe Americano (Venti), Jimmy Dean D-Lights Canadian Bacon Honey Wheat Muffin. Lunch:  Safeway Cafe Bowl Italiano Salad, Aquafina Flavor Splash Wild Berry. Dinner:  dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt, Chicken Breast, Maple Grove Farms of Vermont fat free raspberry vinaigrette, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Hoegaarden Belgian White Beer. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Weight Watchers Ice Cream Bars - Giant Chocolate Fudge.
