Fat: 31.31g | Prot: 74.47g | Carb: 120.40g.   Breakfast:  Jimmy Dean D-Lights Canadian Bacon Honey Wheat Muffin, Starbucks Caffe Americano (Venti). Lunch:  Aquafina Flavor Splash Wild Berry, Safeway Cafe Bowl Italiano Salad. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt, Hoegaarden Belgian White Beer, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Maple Grove Farms of Vermont fat free raspberry vinaigrette. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Weight Watchers Ice Cream Bars - Giant Chocolate Fudge.
