Blood sugar 104 tonight. Weighed in at 263.2. Will do the official weigh in tomorrow... hoping for 262 or lower. Still working off last weekend!

Fat: 51.25g | Prot: 67.20g | Carb: 169.56g.   Breakfast:  Jimmy Dean Bagel, Venti Americano. Lunch:  Cafe Bowl Chicken Caesar Salad, Caffe Americano (Venti). Dinner:  Perogi Cheese, Meat Loaf, Almonds, Dried Cranberries, Salad, Light Balsamic & Basil Vinaigrette. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Oranges.
