Lunch:  Kumquat, Light Balsamic & Basil Vinaigrette, Sliced Almonds Toasted, Cranberries, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Salmon, Steams in the Bag - Broccoli, Carrots & Cauliflower, Meatless Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce, Single Malt, Fried Calamari, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Creamy Italian Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Nature Valley Granola Thins, Single Malt, Chocolatier Chocolate Assortment.
