Fat: 118.28g | Prot: 99.23g | Carb: 260.43g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, coffee , Bananas , Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Chicken or Turkey Salad. Dinner:  Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Bread Stuffing. Snacks/Other:  Hard Roll, Heavenly Crisp Candy Bar - Peanut Butter, Blazin' Buffalo Wing Almonds, light popcorn, Soft Pretzels, Dinner Rolls.
