Fat: 54.84g | Prot: 93.28g | Carb: 231.40g.   Breakfast:  morning star sausage links, quaker low sugar maple and brown sugar oatmeal, raisins, silk soy milk light vanilla, starbucks grande soy latte, walnuts. Lunch:  frozen asian vegetables, morning star buffalo wings, morning star farms chickin patties, parmesan cheese, Sliced Soy Cheese - Cheddar Flavor, thin bun, toby's pate. Dinner:  apple, baby carrots, celery.
