Fat: 54.84g | Prot: 93.28g | Carb: 231.40g.   Breakfast:  walnuts, silk soy milk light vanilla, morning star sausage links, quaker low sugar maple and brown sugar oatmeal, raisins, starbucks grande soy latte. Lunch:  morning star buffalo wings, morning star farms chickin patties, toby's pate, parmesan cheese, Sliced Soy Cheese - Cheddar Flavor, thin bun, frozen asian vegetables. Dinner:  baby carrots, apple, celery.
