Fat: 72.32g | Prot: 83.52g | Carb: 309.01g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Cinnamon , Creamy Peanut Butter, Dried Fig, Honey , Wheat Bran (Crude) , Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Beef Sausage, Black Olives, Cucumber (Peeled), Curry Powder , Dill Cucumber Pickles, Egg White, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green Peppers, Lemon Juice, Lettuce, Mayonnaise, Mushrooms, Onions , Swiss Cheese (Low Fat), Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Apples , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Shortcake (Biscuit Type) , Sponge Cake .
