Fat: 62.79g | Prot: 82.29g | Carb: 362.28g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon , Cumin , Dry Roasted Peanuts (Without Salt) , Honey , Low Fat Milk, Mulberries, Multigrain Bread, Natural Unsweetened Cocoa, Oat Bran Bread , Poppy Seed , Wheat Bran (Crude) . Lunch:  Animal Fat or Drippings, Baby Carrots , Brown Rice (Medium-Grain), Cabbage , Cilantro (Coriander), Cucumber (Peeled) , Curry Powder, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kidney Beans (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Lime Juice , Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Raisins, Sweet Onions , Turmeric (Ground) , White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Apples, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Dried Jujube , Oranges, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seeds (Kernels, with Salt Added), Sponge Cake , Sweet or Dark Chocolate, Whole Wheat Biscuit.
