Fat: 62.79g | Prot: 82.29g | Carb: 362.28g.   Breakfast:  Dry Roasted Peanuts (Without Salt) , Poppy Seed , Low Fat Milk, Wheat Bran (Crude) , Cinnamon , Honey , Cumin , Multigrain Bread, Oat Bran Bread , Mulberries, Natural Unsweetened Cocoa. Lunch:  Baby Carrots , Sweet Onions , Lime Juice , Cucumber (Peeled) , Turmeric (Ground) , Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cabbage , White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Brown Rice (Medium-Grain), Raisins, Cilantro (Coriander), Curry Powder, Kidney Beans (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Animal Fat or Drippings. Snacks/Other:  Dried Jujube , Whole Wheat Biscuit, Sponge Cake , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Oranges, Sweet or Dark Chocolate, Apples, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seeds (Kernels, with Salt Added).
