Fat: 57.17g | Prot: 143.50g | Carb: 208.82g.   Breakfast:  egg, egg white, turkey bacon jenny o, Strawberries. Lunch:  Black Beans, Steak, Green Tomatillo Salsa, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Romaine Lettuce (Salad), Guacamole. Dinner:  Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat), Butternut Winter Squash. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Craisins, Bananas, beer.
