Fat: 57.17g | Prot: 143.50g | Carb: 208.82g.   Breakfast:  egg, egg white, Strawberries, turkey bacon jenny o. Lunch:  Black Beans, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Green Tomatillo Salsa, Guacamole, Romaine Lettuce (Salad), Steak. Dinner:  Butternut Winter Squash, Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Bananas, beer, Craisins.
