Lunch:  Arnold Pocket Thins Italian Herb, Stella Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk), Muir Glen Italian Herb Pasta Sauce. Dinner:  White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Corned Beef Guisado. Snacks/Other:  Dreamy Clusters - Dark Chocolate, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Caramel Truffle, whole milk, almond milk unsweetened Vanilla, Blue Diamond, coffee, NuNaturals NuStevia NoCarbs Blend, Air Popped Popcorn.
