Dinner:  Corn Flakes, Egg White, Ground Turkey 93/7, Mashed Potato, Unsalted Butter Stick, Worcestershire Sauce. Snacks/Other:  apple, Cucumber (with Peel), Garlic Salt, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Extreme Milk Chocolate, power crunch peanut butter fudge.
