Fat: 41.56g | Prot: 53.64g | Carb: 293.49g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Oatmeal, Orange Juice, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  Jelly (All Flavors), Multigrain Scoops, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt), Whole Grain Honey Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Grillin' Beans. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Mars.
