Fat: 22.10g | Prot: 73.32g | Carb: 184.76g.   Breakfast:  Calorie Free Sweetener, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fat Free Half and Half, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  apple, chobani blueberry, hormel turkey, kraft swiss cheese, smartfood popcorn. Dinner:  almond dream, banana, shakeology. Snacks/Other:  quaker rice cake white cheddar.
