Fat: 81.99g | Prot: 96.52g | Carb: 24.44g.   Breakfast:  Cajun Style Andouille Sausage, jacks salsa, kirkland mexican blend cheese, kirkland real egg product, turkey bacon. Lunch:  pepper turkey, Best Foods Real Mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Red Tomatoes. Dinner:  Inland Market Wild Bourbon Salmon, Taylor Farms Southwest Chopped Salad. Snacks/Other:  Celery, cream cheese, red wine.
