Fat: 81.99g | Prot: 96.52g | Carb: 24.44g.   Breakfast:  Cajun Style Andouille Sausage, kirkland real egg product, jacks salsa, kirkland mexican blend cheese, turkey bacon. Lunch:  pepper turkey, Red Tomatoes, Best Foods Real Mayonnaise, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, cheddar cheese. Dinner:  Taylor Farms Southwest Chopped Salad, Inland Market Wild Bourbon Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Celery, cream cheese, red wine.
