Fat: 72.41g | Prot: 118.20g | Carb: 53.52g.   Breakfast:  jacks salsa, kirkland mexican blend cheese, kirkland real egg product, turkey bacon. Lunch:  Honey Smoked ham, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, orowheat multigrain bread. Dinner:  blu cheese dressing, costco rotisseri chicken, salad.
