Dinner:  flour tortilla, Ground Beef, spring mix. Snacks/Other:  100% Whole Grains, boneless skinless chicken breast, Cacao (Pur), Genisoy, Sweet 'N Low, Turkey Slices, Vanilla Almond Milk.
