Fat: 53.46g | Prot: 67.10g | Carb: 279.55g.   Breakfast:  All Natural Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Bananas , GOLEAN Original Cereal. Lunch:  Apples , Baked Lightly Salted Potato Chips, Veggie Dogs, Wheat Sandwich Buns. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinaigrette, Butternut Winter Squash , Extra-Firm Tofu, Lettuce Salad with Avocado, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Olive Oil , Sweet Potato . Snacks/Other:  Baked Naturals Cracker Chips - Simply Cheddar, Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Butter), Goat Cheese, Pears , Peppermint Pattie.
