Fat: 113.96g | Prot: 156.59g | Carb: 348.67g.   Breakfast:  banana, chocolate whey protein, EAS vanilla whey protein, frozen berries, silk unsweetened almond milk. Lunch:  bell pepper, brownberry sandwich thins, cottage cheese, egg salad, hot chocolate, lite vinegarette dressing, mounds bar, peaches, red onion, roundy's black beans, spinach, sunflower seeds. Dinner:  chili, chili, ezekiel bread, land o lakes light butter, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, smucker's ras jam. Snacks/Other:  ghiradelli chocolate chips, honey maid graham cracker, jiff hazelnut, peanut butter chocolate chip cookie, silk almond milk.
