Fat: 71.32g | Prot: 115.92g | Carb: 259.26g.   Breakfast:  cinnamon, coffee, coffee, cream, egg, egg, non fat french vanilla creamer, oatmeal, raspberries, skim milk, splenda, Super Drumstick. Lunch:  celery, chicken sausage, cucumber, green onion, romain lettuce. Dinner:  chicken legs, egg, havarti, sushi. Snacks/Other:  carmel candy.
