Fat: 71.32g | Prot: 115.92g | Carb: 259.26g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, coffee, skim milk, egg, egg, raspberries, cinnamon, coffee, non fat french vanilla creamer, splenda, cream, Super Drumstick. Lunch:  cucumber, romain lettuce, green onion, chicken sausage, celery. Dinner:  sushi, chicken legs, egg, havarti. Snacks/Other:  carmel candy.
