Fat: 44.26g | Prot: 44.32g | Carb: 153.78g.   Breakfast:  lipton tea, rickland orchards, splenda. Lunch:  carrots shredded, chick peas, croutons, dried cranberries, lettuce, oil and vinegar, olives. Dinner:  Lobster Roll, Philadelphia Rolls, sake. Snacks/Other:  cantaloupe, Hard Boiled Eggs, Shiraz-Cabernet.
