Fat: 46.79g | Prot: 57.97g | Carb: 114.58g.   Breakfast:  Summer Squash Casserole with Cheese Sauce, avocado, cottage cheese. Lunch:  pita, peanut butter chunky. Dinner:  Chili-Garlic Tofu & Asian Veggies Stir-Fry Kit. Snacks/Other:  soy cappuccino.
