Fat: 63.52g | Prot: 112.90g | Carb: 117.62g.   Breakfast:  aspartame, hazelnut coffee, milk. Lunch:  greek yogurt blueberry, maple oatmeal instant quaker. Dinner:  carrots, ezekiel bread, pear, reduced fat cheese. Snacks/Other:  chicken breast, lean steak, olive oil.
