Fat: 13.96g | Prot: 34.81g | Carb: 181.84g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Instant), hazelnut coffee mate creamer sugar free, peach, quaker fruit oatmeal. Lunch:  compleats pasta primavera, grapefruit. Snacks/Other:  100 calorie chocolate pretzels, light and fit peach, monster rehab, pretzels great value.
