Fat: 61.11g | Prot: 82.10g | Carb: 178.03g.   Breakfast:  blueberry bagel thin, philadelphia fat free cream cheese, Coffee (Instant), hazelnut coffee mate creamer sugar free. Lunch:  lays kettle cooked original, chicken. Dinner:  chicken, wonder bread wheat, peanut butter. Snacks/Other:  apple, wheat thins reduced fat, edys slow curned.
