Lunch:  2% Milk American Cheese Singles, all natural peanut butter, extreme wellness, lays chips regular, pork tenderloin. Dinner:  american cheese slice, chicken breast tenderloin tyson, ciabatta, extreme wellness , kroger greek cherry, pork tenderloin, spaghetti squash.
