Fat: 48.01g | Prot: 96.78g | Carb: 274.15g.   Breakfast:  100 calorie greek yoplait, kroger hazelnut, lean pockets ham and cheese. Lunch:  brown rice, kroger fiber bar , Smoked Turkey Italian Sausage, sonic ice cream cone. Dinner:  cobblestone, Low Fat Fruit & Grain Cereal Bar - Strawberry, pork tenderloin, sweet potato.
