Fat: 86.21g | Prot: 96.92g | Carb: 286.88g.   Breakfast:  bacon kroger, blueberry bagel , whole grain oats great value. Lunch:  fettuccine alfredo, fruit and grain raspberry, kroger hazelnut spread, lean pocket chicken jalapeno, yoplait 100 greek. Dinner:  hazelnut kroger spread, mashed potaoes, pork tenderloin, sonic ice cream cone, sweet peas.
