Fat: 86.21g | Prot: 96.92g | Carb: 286.88g.   Breakfast:  whole grain oats great value, blueberry bagel , bacon kroger. Lunch:  lean pocket chicken jalapeno, fettuccine alfredo, fruit and grain raspberry, yoplait 100 greek, kroger hazelnut spread. Dinner:  pork tenderloin, mashed potaoes, sweet peas, sonic ice cream cone, hazelnut kroger spread.
