Fat: 82.68g | Prot: 85.77g | Carb: 74.17g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk. Lunch:  almonds, egg, feta, ground beef, mozzarella, salad, tomatoes. Dinner:  beef, cabbage, Carrots, Fish Sauce, Green String Beans, olive oil, onions, Soy Sauce, Spinach, Sweet Red Peppers, Syrup. Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Skin (Battered, Fried, Cooked), Original Rye Crispbread.
