Fat: 82.68g | Prot: 85.77g | Carb: 74.17g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk. Lunch:  ground beef, egg, almonds, feta, mozzarella, salad, tomatoes. Dinner:  beef, onions, cabbage, olive oil, Green String Beans, Sweet Red Peppers, Carrots, Spinach, Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce, Syrup. Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Cheese, Original Rye Crispbread, Chicken Skin (Battered, Fried, Cooked).
